I think of Lillian Hellman, the writer, and the movie Julia, in which Jane Fonda played her character. Daschiel Hammet (played by Jason Robards)called her "Lily". I also think of Lily Tomlin. I saw her in a one-woman show where she never stopped moving. I got some great black and white photos of that. As for flowers, lily is my favorite, too.
