3 vignettes

3 little quizzes-- not extensive enough to be totally accurate, but with some interesting results.

You Are Emerald Green

Deep and mysterious, it often seems like no one truly gets you.
Inside, you are very emotional and moody - though you don't let it show.
People usually have a strong reaction to you... profound love or deep hate.
But you can even get those who hate you to come around. There's something naturally harmonious about you.

You Belong in Paris

You enjoy all that life has to offer, and you can appreciate the fine tastes and sites of Paris.
You're the perfect person to wander the streets of Paris aimlessly, enjoying architecture and a crepe.

You Are A Lily

You are a nurturer and all around natural therapist.
People see you as their rock. And they are able to depend on you.
You are a soothing influence. You can make people feel better with a few words.
Your caring has more of an impact than even you realize.

Little diversions from the brain drain of working with templates and style sheets. I will post soon about life, books, and church ruminations.

I AM a lily. That's what my name means (in Hebrew). Although I didn't appreciate it til lately, because I always thought automatically of Lily Munster. But then I found out she (Yvonne DeCarlo) was Moses' wife in the movies, and that made it a little better (until I found out that Moses' wife was a nag.)

Bottom line, I'll go with Jenny's description. It's encouraging! ha.

It seems the test thinks I'm a lily too, living in Amsterdam of all places.

I think of Lillian Hellman, the writer, and the movie Julia, in which Jane Fonda played her character. Daschiel Hammet (played by Jason Robards)called her "Lily". I also think of Lily Tomlin. I saw her in a one-woman show where she never stopped moving. I got some great black and white photos of that. As for flowers, lily is my favorite, too.
